Before you come in.
Do I need a referral?
Not for most departments. You can book a GP, pediatrician, dermatologist or women's health appointment directly. Some insurers ask for a GP referral for cardiology and orthopedics, and our reception team can check this for you.
Which insurance do you accept?
We work with most major insurers and corporate health plans, and offer fixed self-pay prices for everyone else. Bring your insurance card and we'll confirm your cover at check-in.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes. Urgent care is open 8 am to 10 pm every day, and the live wait time is shown at the top of this page. For a life-threatening emergency, call your local emergency number.
How do I get my test results?
Results appear in the patient app as soon as your doctor has reviewed them, with a short note explaining what they mean. You can also request a printed copy at reception.
Is there parking?
Free underground parking for patients, with step-free lift access to every floor.
